Jerome is the CEO, President, and Founder of ImmunoTek and has been in the blood and plasma industry for over twenty years. Before forming ImmunoTek, Jerome’s industry-related work experience includes work at International Bio-Resources, LLC (IBR), Baxter International, and Alpha Therapeutic Corporation specializing in Operations and Production Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, and New Business Development. His profound expertise in these areas led to the founding of ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC. Jerome serves on the Global Source Board of Directors for the Plasma Proteins Therapeutics Association (PPTA).

Scott has been in the blood and plasma industry for over thirty years. Prior to the founding of ImmunoTek, his industry experience included work with International BioResources, Serologicals, Stough Enterprises, SeraMed, Seramune, and Acadiana Ventures. His engagement with the FDA in forty-eight U.S. plasma center pre-licensed inspections resulted in all centers receiving a biologic license and developing a corporate support structure to oversee the operations. His skill set includes plasma operations, training, mentoring, and staff development. Scott’s also well-versed in operating system design, development, operating efficiencies, and sustainability.

With more than fifteen years in the plasma industry, Blair has a wealth of knowledge and a finely honed skill set in employee training and workforce development. Her focus on training began when she was the Corporate Training Manager with International BioResources, LLC (IBR). There, Blair was instrumental in establishing IBR University and developing a training team to ensure employees understood and followed the highest standards in plasma collection. Additionally, she developed and piloted a Center Manager training program to train Center Managers and Assistant Managers. Most recently, she was the Manager of Employee Training at Octapharma Plasma Inc. While at OPI, Blair created innovative and effective training materials through interactive online modules and developed course content to engage the employee. A results-driven leader, Blair enhanced the training experience through multimedia and created stimulating learning environments by incorporating interactive group training material and videos.

Tom joined ImmunoTek in 2020 and brought over twenty-eight years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, and business development. He has served in a CFO capacity for over 13 years in several multi-unit businesses with core talents including Cash Management, Forecasting, Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, Legal, and IT management. Tom has substantial experience in building teams, implementing technology to improve business processes (including reporting and analytics), various debt and equity transactions, leading two Initial Public Offerings, strategic planning, and investor relations.

Jeff has over thirty-five years of plasma industry experience with Desert Plasma, Alpha Therapeutic, Nations Biologics, SeraMed, Aventis, International BioResources, LLC, Talecris, and Octapharma Plasma Inc. Jeff has managed field operations, field quality, regulatory affairs, project teams, and audit groups. His successes include new center opening and licensure, center acquisition and integration, and FDA and European inspection preparation and certification. He used his experience across multiple facets of the plasma industry to add support and expertise to various center, corporate, and customer initiatives.

Jay started in April 2021 as ImmunoTek’s Chief Development Officer. Jay’s management experience serving in a CDO capacity spans over thirty years in various real estate, construction, and expansion strategies for notable restaurant chain brands such as Newks Eatery, Jim’n’Nicks, Roti Mediterranean, as well as Blooming brands / Bonefish Grill. His core talents used at several recognized multi-unit businesses include real estate expansion, construction, and the development of retail franchise units. Jay oversees the New Center Development department and real estate acquisitions and has made great strides in standardizing and streamlining expansion activities among various stakeholders allowing for the efficient opening of 20-25 plasma centers annually.

Rhonda joined the ImmunoTek team in December of 2020 as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing the growth of the company’s talent and leadership objectives while advancing the potential of the Human Resources department. In December 2021, Rhonda was named Chief People Officer, continuing her work to build a team to support the organization’s growth. Rhonda has obtained her vast knowledge of mentoring and educating staff over more than twenty-five years in various roles within the Human Resource Industry. She was instrumental in developing successful HR departments at multiple companies. After earning her Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University, Rhonda found her passion and career in healthcare. While extending her education to assist in the growth of organizations, she received her Doctorate from Baylor University in Learning and Organizational Change.

Chris worked with ImmunoTek as a strategic consultant before joining as Chief Innovation Officer in 2022. Chris brings twenty-five years of blood plasma collection experience in various leadership roles and management functions. In his last executive position before joining ImmunoTek, Barber led a business unit of 53 plasma center sites collecting 2M+ liters of plasma annually and staffed by approximately 2,400+ employees. Chris serves the organization by leading organization-wide initiatives, refining current processes and systems, evaluating new business models, and interfacing with external business partners. Chris holds a B.A. degree in English Literature from Washington State University and an M.B.A. degree from Colorado State University.
